Electromagnetic Flow Meter Manufacturer in India

At Process Control Devices, we offer a series of digital flow meters, designed to measure the flow rate of a liquid flowing through a closed pipe. Our Electromagnetic Flow Meter is a volumetric flow meter that has no obstruction, as there are no moving parts. This makes it an ideal choice for retailers who are looking for a reliable and accurate flow meter.

In this post, we'll discuss the features and benefits of our digital flow meters. Our products are designed to provide accurate, reliable measurements of liquid flow rates, and they're perfect for a wide range of applications. Whether you're a retailer looking for a new product to offer your customers, or you're simply looking for a more reliable way to measure flow rates, our products are sure to meet your needs.

Construction of Electromagnetic Circulation Meter

Digital Part contains head type Flow Sign which consists of Microprocessor Controller chip placed on the digital circuit. It has the LCD present, Which reveals the Current flow price & Overall commutative circulation. Likewise, has a transmission function of 4-20 mA result & RS 485 Communication with High & Low Flow Alarm. To run it requires an outside power supply of 24 VDC or 230 VAC.

The mechanical part consists of Circulation Tube, Lining such as PTFE Or Neoprene, Electrode, Magnetic Coil, and Flange connection. Circulation Tube Material is a non-wetted part and needs to be of a nonmagnetic product such as SS 304 Or SS 316. Option of Lining Product need to be according to temperature level, harsh residential property & compatibility of the gauged fluid Neoprene can withstand general weak acid, alkaline deterioration and can hold up against temperature unto 80 ˚C, yet it has to wear resistance. As PTFE (Teflon) has reduced wear resistance as well as has excellent compatibility with nearly all strong acid, chemical, alkaline corrosion, ETP Water, and Waste Slurry. And can endure temperatures as much as 180 ˚C. The choice of Electrode Material should be according to the corrosiveness of the determined fluid.
